By downloading, installing, or using VibeQA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

Description of Service

VibeQA is an AI-powered QA testing desktop application. It uses artificial intelligence agents to explore your application, identify bugs, and provide fix suggestions. The service runs locally on your machine with optional cloud-based AI analysis.

User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. However, a valid license key is required to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and license key.

Pricing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use VibeQA for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application or any part of it.
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the application or your license key.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security measures or licensing mechanisms in the software.
  • Use the application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

Intellectual Property

VibeQA, including its design, code, training data, bug detection patterns, and documentation, is proprietary software owned by VibeQA. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved. Your use of the application does not grant you any ownership rights to the software or its underlying technology.

Limitation of Liability

VibeQA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bug detection and fix suggestions are best-effort and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. VibeQA shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to bugs missed during testing or incorrect fix suggestions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of VibeQA after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
