VibeQA is designed to run locally on your machine. We do not collect, transmit, or store your source code on our servers. Your codebase stays on your device at all times.

We may collect the following information:

• Email address — only if you create an account.
• License key — for validating your subscription status.
• Basic usage analytics — app opens and feature usage patterns. We never collect code content, file names, or project structure.

How We Use Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Validating your license and managing your subscription.
• Improving the product based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns.
• Providing customer support when you reach out to us.

Third-Party Services

VibeQA integrates with third-party AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) to power its testing capabilities. When running tests, only screenshots and DOM content are sent to these providers for analysis. Your source code files are never transmitted.

We use Stripe to process payments. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data.

Data Storage

Your license data is encrypted and stored locally on your device via macOS Keychain. We do not maintain any server-side storage of your code, project files, or test results. All analysis happens on your machine.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your account — request full deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your data — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Opt out of analytics — disable usage analytics from within the app settings.
