By using Nexa Digitales products and services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use our services.

Our products

Nexa Digitales provides developer tools, including VibeQA. Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to make reliable products, but we can't guarantee they'll catch every bug or work perfectly in every environment.

Subscriptions & payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period
• All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Your code & privacy

VibeQA runs entirely on your local machine. We never access, upload, or store your source code. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

Don't use our products to:

• Test systems you don't own or have permission to test
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or redistribute our software

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexa Digitales is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
